Yes. We will always try to accomodate last minuete rush jobs. Just contact us with your order and artwork details and we do our best to meet any urgent deadlines, whether it be one week or just a few days.

MY ARTWORK IS ON COMPUTER, HOW SHALL I SEND IT?

We require a JPEG [.jpg file] saved at the same size or bigger than the actual print size [bigger is better as we can always scale it down] and saved at a resolution of 300dpi. If you can't send artwork like this don't worry, send what you have and we will get our graphics department to sort it out.

MY ARTWORK IS ONLY VERY ROUGH?

Our graphic designer will gladly help turn your rough idea or sketch into a professional looking design. For straight-forward designs this service is free of charge, but for more complex work there may be a small extra charge.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VARIOUS PRINTING PROCESSES?

There are various methods by which a design or slogan can be printed onto clothing, and we realise that choosing the most suitable method can be confusing if you have not done this before.

  • Screen Printing - ideal for large designs, large quantities or designs with several colours.
  • Embroidery - the best choice for smaller designs and logos, and garments which must have a long working life, be robust and withstand constant wear, washing and ironing.
  • Cad Cut - perfect for small quantities of T-shirts as we can even do just one item. Also ideal for adding a name, slogan or date to one of our pre-printed standard stag, hen or holiday designs.
  • Subli Printing - ideal for full colour photos, illustrations or drawings which can be printed on their own or with the addition of text. Only suitable for printing onto white garments.
See below for further details.

Screen Printing is best for...

  • Designs that have large 'allover' logos.
  • Large quantities for promotional purposes.
  • Screen Printing is generally lower cost than embroidery.

EMBROIDERY is best for...

  • Garments that need to look that bit more classy.
  • Work or schoolwear that will be washed and worn frequently.
  • Suits smaller logos and badge type designs.

I ONLY NEED ONE T-SHIRT!

If your design is just a slogan we can provide a small number of shirts - even ONE for a stag or hen trip or a one-off event. We do these using a process called 'Cad Cut'. There are no set-up charges. Contact us with your requirements for an instant price.

THERE IS MORE THAN ONE COLOUR IN MY DESIGN

For screen-printed work the more colours you have in the design, the more expensive the job will be as each colour in your design requires a separate screen. The least expensive would be a one colour print to one side which would only require one screen. However if your job was a two colour design to the front and reverse this would require four screens. Once we have seen your design we can give you a total cost which will include any screen charges.

CAN YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

Yes. We can provide free of charge screen-printed or embroidered samples of jobs done for previous customers so you can acess the quality of our work. Or we can supply any plain samples from our catalogue - there is a single item charge for plain items plus postage.

CAN YOU PRINT PHOTOGRAPHS ONTO T-SHIRTS?

Yes we can - using a process called 'Subli Printing' we can put photos and any 'Multi Colour' work onto white T-Shirts. We can also add any text you require at no further cost. There are no set-up charges and we can handle any quantity.

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCK DESIGNS FOR A STAG/HEN TRIP?

Yes, we have various designs that you can choose from. Pick from our wide selection and just add your own phrase or slogan with location and date etc. You can also personalise each shirt with individual names and numbers. See our separate page or email for details.

WHAT EXTRA CHARGES ARE THERE FOR Screen Printing?

For screen-printed work every colour in your design requires a screen. The cost of these screens will vary depending on the size of your order. On larger orders [over 100 items] screen charges are around £12.50 each, and between £15.00 - £20.00 for most other orders. All screen charges are once-only charges. There are no further costs for re-orders, no matter when you order again.

WHAT SET-UP CHARGES ARE THERE FOR EMBROIDERY?

Set up charges for embroidery are determined by the number of stitches in your design. For simple text only embroidery (ie: BURGESS TRANSPORT) there is no set up cost. For designs that incorporate a logo, charges are generally in the region of £25 - £40. As with Screen Printing, these are once only costs.
