Embroidery

We supply embroidered polo shirts, embroidered hoodies and fleeces, embroidered workwear and uniforms, actually pretty much any apparel or clothing.

The Procedure
We take your logo or badge, usually electronically, and give you a 'stitch count', which is the number of stitches in your design. The set up, one off charge for digitizing the logo is charges a £9.00 per 1000 stitches in your design. Once you are happy with your quote and have decided on your garments, colours and sizes.


Your design goes from our computer server into the embroidery machine. The machine automatically stitches the design approximately 700 stitches/minute (there are multiple heads to do more than one garment at a time). The finished garments are individually checked to meet our quality standard and then sent to you, within two weeks of artwork approval, although we can push through any rush orders.

Everything is done in house for a one stop service.
